Our Story, Our Passion
As the name suggests, the name Preacher's Smokehouse was born from a passion of gathering folks around a table laden with hearty, smoked-kissed meats - just like the good old days of preaching to the choir with a side of ribs. Founded by our family right here in the Great Smoky Mountains we have been slow-smoking our way into the hearts of local and visitors alike since opening our doors in 2017. What started as a dream to share our love for real Tennessee BBQ has grown into a beloved hidden gem, where the air is filled with the aroma of hickory smoke and the chatter of satisfied guests.

We are proud to be a small family-owned and family-operated BBQ spot, far from the other BBQ chains and crowds. Our separate ordering shack and cozy dining room in the adjacent building create that perfect rustic charm, inviting you to slow down, breathe in the mountain air and savor the simple joys.
